Approval and RMA
Once your request is evaluated, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.

Pack the Retroid Pocket in its original retail packaging, including all cables, screen protectors, and documentation to avoid restocking fees.
